Need the details for one exam? Each exam library explains its format, sections and practice options.
It is a practice version of an exam on the path to nursing school or RN licensure. Here you can prepare for the TEAS, HESI A2 or NCLEX-RN with timed questions, answer explanations and results that help you choose what to review next.
Choose the exam you are preparing to take next. If you are applying to nursing school, check which entrance exam your program requires. If you are preparing for RN licensure after nursing school, use the NCLEX-RN practice path.
TEAS practice covers reading, mathematics, science, and English and language usage. HESI A2 practice separates subjects such as vocabulary, grammar, anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry and physics. Your school determines which HESI A2 subjects you need; the comparison guide explains the differences.
Check your program's current admissions requirements. You can choose the required sections when starting a full HESI A2 practice exam here. HESI mini-tests mix all the academic subjects offered on this site, so focused section practice may fit your school's requirements better.
A full practice exam gives you a longer session for pacing and broad review. A mini-test fits a short study window, while a section drill focuses on one subject or question format. Choose the format that fits today's time and the skill you want to practise.
Yes. The full-length NCLEX-RN practice exams adapt question selection as you answer. The short mini-tests use fixed mixed-topic selections. Practice estimates describe performance on this bank; they are not an official NCLEX result or a guarantee of passing.
Yes. The TEAS and HESI A2 section pages offer focused practice, and their full practice exams let you select sections on the start screen. For NCLEX-RN you can choose a question type, a case study or dosage calculation practice.
Yes. The NCLEX practice library includes dedicated dosage calculation topics and unfolding case studies. These offer a focused route when you want to work through calculations or clinical judgment rather than a mixed session. All practice is for studying, not for making clinical decisions.
Choose an exam and a level. Each mini-test combines 20 existing questions across that exam's subjects with a 20-minute clock. Start when you are ready, then review your answers and explanations when you submit or the time expires.
There are 50 levels in each exam's mini-test path. NCLEX-RN, TEAS and HESI A2 keep separate progress. You can follow the suggested next level or select another available level; the numbers organize a study routine rather than calibrated difficulty stages.
Fully answer every question in a mini-test to complete the level and earn 100 practice XP once. Correctness affects your score, while completion records participation. Retaking a completed level does not award completion XP again, and a later partial attempt does not erase an earlier completion.
Mini-tests reuse questions from the existing practice bank, including full exams. You may recognize a question if you use several practice modes. Some NCLEX questions also recur across mini levels; repeated answers do not inflate your unique-question coverage.
The 20-minute clock keeps running after you start, including while you switch tabs or leave the page. Return in the same browser before the deadline to continue. After the deadline, the attempt ends and you can review it or start a retake.
They are saved in this browser on this device. The study dashboard shows your plan and separate mini-test progress for each exam. They do not currently sync between devices, and clearing site data removes locally saved progress.
Mini-test coverage counts distinct questions you have fully answered in the path. Accuracy uses your latest submitted complete answer to each unique question, including partial credit where applicable. These measures help guide review; they do not certify mastery or predict an official exam result.
Review questions you missed and ones you answered by guessing. Compare your reasoning with the explanation, identify the topic or reading step you overlooked, and choose related practice. A short review session can have a clearer purpose than immediately beginning another full test.
Practice Exam 1 of each exam is free, with no sign-up. Choose the relevant exam hub to see the available full tests and section practice. The first mini-test level in each exam also stays free under the site's access policy; the pricing page explains access to the rest of the library.
